It's Summer time! The school year is almost over for some, and it's getting hotter each day! Your plans this summer may be different than another person's plans. Maybe you're going to the beach or you are going camping. Here in Stardoll.com, we are dressing up for summer! You may be dressing your doll up to go to the beach. Maybe you are decorating your new Beach Villa! One thing is for certian, most are making their doll's faces look spectacular! Now, you don't want to be the last of your Stardoll friends to do this. Be ahead of the game! What if you're stuck? Well then these summer makeup tips are for you :)
Summer is never really summer without refreshing fruits, now is it? In fact, most models and makeup artists use food or daily objects to inspire their work! An average person can do this. Just pick up a fruit and get to work on a face! Try to make the makeup match the fruit. It won't be exact. It shouldn't be.~ Remember! My number one rule is to not use mascara for your bottom eyelashes. If your eyelashes are long, do not use any mascara. You don't need it!
This is what I call a "fruit look." This is what I thought of when I saw the picture above of all the fruit. This is a great summer style. As you can see, I only did the top eyelashes. For girls, hair is an important thing. If you are willing to cut your hair or pick this style on stardoll, only do so in the summer. In the summer long hair creates sweat on the back of your neck. You can put your hair up in a pony tail. That works as well as getting a shorter style.
Keep your nails either a light color or you could use no nail polish at all! Dark colors do NOT look good with your new summer style. So just don't do it!
Ocean look
An ocean look is not supposed to be all blues. Maybe only do your eyeshadow blue and then put blue earrings, necklace, or a headband on. If you have blue eyes, this look will look great. But this look could work with anybody. Try doing shoulder-length hair. Keep your nails a light shade of blue or clear.~Emily
